Using the GX Software to Analyze
GX Touch Data
After a GX Touch run is complete, you can use the LabChip GX
software or the LabChip GX software in Reviewer mode to view and
analyze the plate data. The LabChip GX software can open multiple
data files in the same workspace to compare the data from different
plates. Analysis settings can be changed for single wells, entire
plates, or all plates in the workspace.
1 Open the LabChip GX software in Reviewer mode .
2 Open a new workspace (see page 59).
3 Open the GXT data file (see page 60). The data file (*.gxd) may
be in a network location or on the GX Touch computer. To select
multiple data files, CTRL + click the data file names.
4 Select wells in the plate diagram to add wells to the collection
(see page 62).
5 Change the analysis settings as desired. See “Modifying
Analysis Parameters” on page 72 for details.
