13.1 OPCOM3500E-EOPFE
13.1.1 Appearance and functions
Appearance
Function
The OPCOM3500E-EOPFE can abstract multiple EOP services from SDH signals and
then aggregate them to one-way Ethernet services. Finally, the one-way Ethernet service
can be output from the Ethernet electrical interface on the front panel or transmitted to
the switching card through the backplane.
Support 131 ways of E1 signals.
Support configuring aggregated one-way Ethernet service to be output from the Ethernet
electrical interface on the front panel or transmitted to the switching card through the
backplane.
Support storm control over broadcast, multicast, and DLF packets.
Support interface isolation protection.
Support interface aggregation Trunk and protection,
Support port mirroring.
Support interface loopback detection.
Support traffic management based on the CoS priority, DSCP priority, or interface ID
and 4-way QoS queue scheduling. The scheduling rule can be set to SP or WRR.
Support 802.1Q VLAN, 4K concurrent VLANs, and Double Tag (QinQ).
Support standard OAM (IEEE 802.3ah) protocol by 2 SFP interfaces on the front panel.
Support a maximum RX/forwarding frame length of 1916 Bytes.
Support 802.3x flow control and back-pressure flow control.
Support 8K MAC addresses and 30 static MAC addresses. Support setting the aging
time to 03825s. Support enabling or disabling MAC address learning based on
interface.
Support interface-based rate limiting and non-linear rate limiting ranging from 62 Kbit/s
to 100 Mbit/s.
Support transparently transmitting BPDU, LACP, and 802.1x management frames.
Support the following operations in E1 reverse multiplexing mode:
Support transmitting Ethernet frames to multiple E1 signals in a byte-interleaving way.
Support automatic recognition of E1 line order.
Support the maximum relative delay ±200ms for E1 links.
Support automatic construction or destruction of E1 links.
Support the framed mode. It supports FAS+CRC4 PCM31 mode and CRC self-
adaption. You can configure them.
Support E1 loopback detection and BERT.
Support hot swapping.
13.1.2 Slots
The OPCOM3500E-EOPFE can be plugged into slots 15 and 812 on the iTN2100.
