The OPCOM3500E-EOP-FEE1×8 is an electrical interface EoPDH protocol converter
card on the iTN2100.
Convert eight ways of 100BASE-TX (electrical interface) Ethernet signals input from
the front panel through EoPDH, encapsulate them into E1 signals, send them to the
aggregation card through the backplane, and then transmit them to the SDH network
through cross connection. In reverse direction, it demaps eight ways of E1 signals from
the backplane, abstracts Ethernet signals through EoPDH, and transmits them to the
100BASE-TX interface on the front panel.
The eight 100BASE-TX interfaces correspond to eight E1 channels respectively and
independently.
