15.3.3 Interfaces
Interface types
There are two interfaces on the OPCOM3500E-P240EOS, as listed in Table 15-14.

1×9 optical interface

Service downlink interface

TX indicates sending and RX indicates receiving.

Interfaces A and B are in 1+1 protection switchover
mode for each other.
15.3.4 LEDs
There are 18 LEDs on the OPCOM3500E-P240EOS panel, as listed in Table 15-15.


Green: the power supply is normal.

Off: the power supply is abnormal.
SYS

System status LED

Green: the system is working improperly.

Off: the system is working improperly.

Blinking green: the system is working properly.
LPR
Red
Remote device LPR alarm LED

Red: the remote device connected to the PDH interface is
powered off.

Off: no LPR occurs on the remote device connected to the PDH
interface.
ALM
Red
Alarm LED

Red: LOF, 10-3, or 10-6 alarms are generated on the PDH
optical interface, or TU-AIS and TU-LOP alarms are generated
on the lower order path.

Off: no LOF, 10-3, or 10-6 alarms are generated on the PDH
optical interface, or no TU-AIS or TU-LOP alarm are generated
on the lower order path.

Green
Local optical interface A working LED

Green: local optical interface A is the working interface.

Off: local optical interface A is not the working interface.
WKA (R)
Green
Remote optical interface A working LED

Green: remote optical interface A is the working interface.

Off: remote optical interface A is not the working interface.
