7.3.22 Disassembling the belt take-down
In case of fault and maintenance of the belt take-down, it must be
disassembled and cleaned.

Prepare Machine
1. Place the carriage on the right-hand side.
2. Open the belt take-down.
3. Remove needle bed or position it at an angle [399]
Disassembling the belt take-down
The
left side at the belt take-down can be access
ed.

1. Loosen the screw (1) at the holder (2).
2. Hold the belt take-down firmly by the holder (6).
3.
Grasp the bearing strip (4) by the lever and push it to
the left.
The holder (2) is guided with the support angle (3) and the yarn brake
(5).

4. Push the belt take-down to the left until the drive sh
aft is uncoupled from
the holder of the right side.
