5. Lift the belt take-down by the holder (6) and take it out.
The belt take-down is disassembled.

Disassembling belt The belt take-down is disassembled
1. Remove the screw (3) on each belt take-down side.
2. Carefully cut open the damaged belts (1)
in the area of the deflection rod
(7).

se of tensioned belts use an
appropriate rod and hammer to remove the deflection rod.
Belts are not tensioned
3. Re
move belts.
The belts are disassembled.
In case of machines with additional needle beds, remove the
fabric container and the inner cover.
Remove the screws of the holder and take it out t
o the top.
When assembling, grease the holder in the area of the seating
for the drive shaft with OKS 475, 005351.
