QUALifier
Specifies the LIN data qualifier. This only applies if the trigger condition is
IDANDDATA or DATA.
TRIGger:{A|B}:BUS:B<x>:LIN:DATa:SIZe Specifies the length of the data string in bytes to be used for LIN trigger.
