X35 ConsoleOptional Equipment
13.18
New CAL # = Known Weight x CAL #
Displayed Weight
Important
Weights on Scale Link are not corrected for tank
pressurization.
Important
For the 7000 Series if the handheld remote isn’t
linked to the Weigh System check the Scoreboard
Mode number (SCOREM). It should be set to
“11” and can be accessed entering DAN “2101”.
Note
The 9000 Series does not have a remote display
on the side of the tank and will not have the
weights linked to the hand held remote. It has
dedicated load cells for each tank so will always
have a known measured weight for each tank on
the X35 console.
2. Zeroing Scale Channels - the channel that
is activated can be zeroed by pressing and
holding the Zero button for 3 seconds.
Important
For the 7000 Series when Zeroing the Total Tank
Weight be aware of the auger/conveyor position
(sitting on the ground or raised off the ground) as
it will affect the zero balance point.
3. The Weigh System is factory configured with
setup numbers and calibration numbers for
each scale link channel, refer to Figure 13.22.
a. If the scale weight does not seem to be
accurate, it can be calibrated using a
known weight of product that has been
added to the tank.
b. The new calibration number can be
calculated using the formula below.
c. The number is available in the Scale
Link but can be changed through the X35
settings, refer to Section 6.7.7.
Important
For the 7000 Series when calibrating the weigh
scales it is important to fill the tank at least half full
for increased accuracy.
4.
The layout on the console can also be
customized or unused channels hidden if desired.
