⇒ Fasten piston supporting device 94350 to platform supports 9 designed for
this on the cylinder cover platform (Fig. ’F’ and ’G’).
⇒ Pull the piston by crane out of the cylinder liner.
⇒ Loosen screw connection 14 and push supports 10 of piston supporting de-
vice 94350 completely outwards and turn up hinged covers 11 (Fig. ’G’).
⇒ Lower the piston on crane into the supporting device until the piston foot pro-
trudes below the supporting device.
⇒ Turn the two hinged covers down and lower piston until piston rod gland 12
rests on the two hinged covers. Push the two supports together and firmly
tighten screwed connection 14.
⇒ Lower the piston further till the piston rod head rests on support 10.
Attention! To prevent having a fall place cover plate 94345d over the piston rod
gland bore in the cylinder block and fasten it provisionally with several screws.
