16.3 Broadcast Storm Control Staus
Use this screen to view the storm control statistics on a port.
Click Broadcast Storm Control Status in the Advanced Application > Broadcast Storm Control screen to
display the screen as shown next.

The following table describes the labels in this screen.
Apply Click Apply to save your changes to the OLT’s run-time memory. The OLT loses these changes if
it is turned off or loses power, so use the Save link on the top navigation panel to save your
changes to the non-volatile memory when you are done configuring.
Cancel Click Cancel to reset the fields.

Index This field displays the index number of the entry.
Port This field displays the port number.
Counter This field displays whether packet counting is enabled or not.
Logging This field displays whether logging for broadcast storm control is enabled or not.
BcastDropCount This field displays the number of broadcast packets dropped on this port.
McastDropCount This field displays the number of multicast packets dropped on this port.
DLFDropCount This field displays the number of destination lookup failure (DLF) packets dropped on this port.
Refresh Click Refresh to update this screen.
ClearCounter Click ClearCounter to remove the counters on all ports.
