69.3 Port Authentication Command Examples
Activate 802.1X port authentication.
Configure 802.1X port access authentication on port ge-5-1.
Configure port ge-5-1 to attempt to authenticate client(s) a maximum of 4 times before sending
unresponsive ports to the guest VLAN.
Configure port ge-5-1 to remain in the HELD state and rejects further authentication requests from the
client for 120 seconds after a failed authentication exchange.
Configure port ge-5-1 to wait 30 seconds for the client's response to the challenge request before
sending a request again.
Configure port ge-5-1 to wait 30 seconds before re-sending an identity request to clients on the listed
ports.
port-access-authenticator <aid>
guest-vlan Host-mode Multi-secure

Sets the OLT to authenticate each client that
connects to the listed ports. Optionally, sets the
maximum number of the clients that the OLT
authenticates on the port(s).
