Basic Settings
54.1 Overview
This chapter introduces the basic setting commands of the OLT. This includes system configuration,
monitoring, date and time settings, alarm, switch, and IP settings, and OLT slot and management/line
card port setup.
54.2 System Command
Use this command to configure the OLT’s system commands.
54.3 Multi-login Command
Use the command to display information for multiple administrator logins on the OLT.

hostname <name_string>
Sets the system’s name for identification
purposes.
name_string: 1-64 printable characters. Spaces
are allowed if you enclose the string in double
quotation marks (“”).

show ignored-config
When the OLT’s firmware is upgraded from
version 4.00 to 4.02, some commands won’t be
executable.
Uses this command to display the commands
that are not executable.

show logging
Displays the system’s logs. E 3
clear logging
Clears the system logs. E 13
show cmd-logging
Displays the logs of commands that were used. E 3
clear cmd-logging
Clears the logs of commands that were used. E 3
logout
Exits from the system. E 0
