Configures IGMP channels limitations per VLAN.
active: Activates/deactivates this IGMP
channel limitation.
fullviewpkg: Configures a list of package
members with full view privilege. That is, IGMP
clients can join groups in these package
members all the time. Use the mcast-channel
command to create the package members.
maxgroup: <0-512>. The maximum number of
multicast groups a client can join concurrently.
maxmsg: <0-255>. The maximum number of
IGMP reports a client can send per second.
