Specifies the remote MEP ID, local MEP ID, MA
index and MD index to perform a loopback test.
This enables the MEP port (with the specified
MEP ID) in a specified CFM domain to send the
LBMs (Loop Back Messages) to a specified
remote end point.
You can also define the packet size (from 0 to
1500 bytes) and how many times the OLT sends
the LBMs.
