Reboots or not reboots all connected ONTs after
the firmware upgrade process is complete.

set image-version <version> Sets the image version of the ONT firmware file
uploaded to the OLT. Enter a string of up to 14
characters.
Note: Use the firmware ID provided by the
ONT vendor.
If the <version> values of the following
commands match, the connected ONTs can
download firmware via the OLT.
