Function
This command sets and queries Noise Position in Noise Parameter for
the LD Module application.
Syntax
:CALCulate:PARameter[:CATegory]:LD:NPOSition
{<numeric>[<unit_m>]|OFF}
:CALCulate:PARameter[:CATegory]:LD:NPOSition?
<numeric>: Noise Position
Range 0.01 to 20.00 nm
Resolution 0.01 nm
If a suffix is omitted, the unit will be m.
OFF: Sets the noise measurement at the Noise Position to Off.
