Function
At the time of setting the Log scale, this command sets and queries the
reference level.

Range
At absolute value display: Reference level (dBm) –90.0 to 30.0
At relative value display: Reference level (dB) –100.0 to 100.0
Resolution 0.1 dB
If a suffix is omitted, the unit will be dB or dBm.
