The DIB has the following internal interfaces:
• Two PS/2 channels for A/N K/B and Trackball.
• Extended K/B Interface signals.
• +5v BE supply for the entire K/B module.
• +12v supply for the K/B backlight.
• L & R Audio output channels for two high-frequency system speakers.
• A single Audio output for low-frequency system speaker.
• USB port for system DVD-RW or DVR module
• USB port for the UI HUB input
• Two USB ports for BW printer and Wireless LAN
• Two DVI outputs for system monitor and DVR
• +12 V supply outlet for the LCD system display
• DVR /DVD-RW Interface connector that contains:
- L & R Audio Input channels for DVR recording
- +5 V supply to DVD-RW
- + 12 V supply to DVR
• Main DC Input connector from the main AC module that contains:
- +20 V Input supply for the scanner PS.
- +5 V Input supply
- +12 V Input supply
- Peripherals' Power control signal from the PMC
• AC module FAN status signal to the PMC.
• Scanner Interface connector that contains:
- 20 V Input supply for the scanner PS
- +5 V BE supply for the K/B and USB
- 12V output for the operator panel and monitor
- Control and status signals from the PMC
• LAN connector for direct connection of the BEP LAN.
• USB connector for direct connection from the BEP USB port.
The DIB provides the following external interfaces:
• LAN connection.
• Two USB ports for general-purpose use.
• DVI-I (DVI + VGA) output connector for external monitor.
• L/R earphone audio output.
