PRELIMINARY
8-3-8-3-1 Removing Handles Glued in Position
1.) Using the knife, carefully cut 4 horizontal slits along the length of one of the rear handles and peel
off the handle in strips along the slits that you cut - see Figure 8-71.
2.) Remove traces of the old handle and clean the aluminium bar with a suitable cloth.
3.) Repeat step 1 and step 2 to remove the second handle.

1.) Usin
g the Socket Set Screw Flat Point, loosen and remove the mounting screw from one of the rear
handles; remove the handle from the aluminium bar.
2.) Repeat step 1 to remove the second handle.
When removing the rear handles, do not use aggressive cleaning materials and do not use tools
that impact or that might damage the aluminium handle bars.
Use the cutting knife with care to avoid personal injury.
