This bit is cleared only by a POR/PDR or by setting the STBRST bit in the PMU_CTL

WUF

Wakeup Flag

0: No wakeup event has been received

1: Wakeup event occurred from the WKUP pin or the RTC wakeup event including

RTC Tamper event, RTC alarm event, or RTC Time Stamp event.

This bit is cleared only by a POR/PDR or by setting the WURST bit in the PMU_CTL
