4. Place the probe tip on a defect-free section, press the CAL NULL key ( ) again,
and then slowly scan over the defect(s); make sure that the detection is
satisfactory, and if necessary, adjust the GAIN, HGAIN, or VGAIN (see
Figure 6-68 on page 172).
