Changing Parameters in the MIA Mode MAIN Menu
For details on GAIN, H GAIN, V GAIN, and PRB DRV parameter adjustments, see
“PC Swept Mode — MAIN Menu” on page 78. Parameter descriptions are based on
the presumption that the BondMaster 600 is set to MIA mode and the MAIN menu
key ( ) has been pressed.
FREQ (frequency)
The FREQ (frequency) setting controls the frequency of the display signal.
To change the FREQ setting, press the A key, and then rotate the knob to the
desired frequency value.
ANGLE
The ANGLE setting controls the angle of the display signal.
To change the ANGLE setting, press the E key, and then rotate the knob to the
desired angle value.
LP FILTER (low pass filter)
The LP FILTER (low pass filter) setting may be set from 1 Hz to 480 Hz, plus
wideband. The low pass filter is adjustable in 1 Hz increments up to 50 Hz, in
2 Hz increments up to 100 Hz, in 5 Hz increments up to 200 Hz, in 10 Hz
increments up to 300 Hz and in 20 Hz increments up to 480 Hz, followed by
wideband.
To adjust the LP FILTER settings, press the E key, and then rotate the knob to the
desired low pass filter value.
