POSITION
The POSITION setting controls the null position of the flying dot on the
instrument display. There are five preset null positions—CENTER, BOT RGHT
(bottom right), BOT CNTR (bottom center), TOP CNTR (top center), and TOP
LEFT—as well as a modifiable position named CUSTOM. By default, the null
position is set at the center of the instrument display.
To adjust the null position, press the C key. With POSITION highlighted, rotate
the knob until the desired position is displayed.
H POS
The H POS setting controls the null position of the flying dot in the horizontal
axis when you are choosing a custom flying dot location.
To change the H POS setting, press the D key, and then rotate the knob to the
desired horizontal position value.
V POS (vertical position)
The V POS setting controls the null position of the flying dot in the vertical axis
when you are choosing a custom flying dot location.
To change the V POS setting, press the E key, and then rotate the knob to the
desired vertical position value.
STORE NEXT
The STORE NEXT setting allows you to store dot positions on the
BondMaster 600 display. When activated, STORE NEXT stores the dot location,
along with a numerical value on the screen (see Figure 5-9 on page 88).
