Outline of operation
● All counters are decremental preset counters.
● When the reset input rises from OFF to ON, the value in the set value area "CS" is preset to
the elapsed value area "CE."
● When the reset input is ON, the elapsed value is reset to 0.
● When the count input changes from OFF to ON, the counter decrements from the set value.
When the elapsed value becomes 0, output to the counter contact is generated.
