Outline of operation
● This instruction takes out data for the number of characters specified by [S3] from the string
data specified by [S1], and stores them as string data with a storage area in the device
whose address is specified by [D].
● For [S2], specify the position for taking out string data.
● For both [S1] and [D], the size of the starting storage area must be set by using the user
program before an instruction is executed.
