Outline of operation
● This instruction performs a PING send request to the partner unit IP address of a specified
connection for the number of times that is specified by [S].
● This instruction is used for checking the operation status of a communication relay device.
● This instruction is dedicated to ET-LAN.

Processing
● The PING request results are stored in the area that starts with [D].
● The timeout period for one PING response is one second (fixed).
● When the Ethernet task is initialized during a PING request, zero is set to all the areas in
which the results are stored ([D]).
● The size of sent/received data is 56 bytes (fixed).
