Outline of operation
● For the axis number of the positioning units specified by [S1] and [S2], the error codes and
warning codes stored in each annunciation buffer 1 are acquired.
● The error codes are stored in the area specified by [D], and warning codes in the area
specified by [D+1].

Example of processing
● Error codes and warning codes for the third axis of the positioning unit attached to the slot
number 1 are read.
