Outline of operation
● Among data specified by [S1], bits specified by [S2] with the value 0 are directly output, and
those with the value 1 are filtered and output.
● Filtering is carried out for the targeted bits within the time specified by [S3] (in 0 to 30000
ms). The result is output to the area specified by [D].
● When the execution condition is switched on, all input bits specified by [S1] are directly
output without conditions.
● It is possible that a delay of up to one scan may be caused in the filtering time.

Processing
Among targeted data, specified bits with the value 0 are directly output, and those with the
value 1 are filtered and output. Filtering is carried out within the specified time and the result is
output.
