Outline of operation
● According to the operation unit [i], two pieces of data that are stored in two different areas
that start from [S1] and [S2] respectively are compared.
● The comparison result is output to the system relays SRA to SRC (assessment flags for
comparison flags).

● Depending on the relationship between [S1] and [S2], the result of the comparison flag (SR
