This instruction copies data specified by [S] to the areas of [D1] to [D2].

Example 1) When the operation unit is 16-bit (US, SS)
Example 2) Operation unit: 32 bits (UL, SL, SF)

Precautions for programming
● In the case of a direct address and index modification address, specify the same device for
[D1] and [D2]. At the same time, specify [D2] to be greater than or equal to [D1].
● The data are transferred by operation unit, ending with the device containing [D2].
Example 1) Device address of [D2] comes to a high word (operation unit = 32 bits)
[S]...DT6 [D1]...DT10 [D2]...DT17
Example 2) Device address of [D2] comes to a low word (operation unit = 32 bits)
