Precautions for programming
● [S1] is always zero. An operation error occurs when numbers other than zero are specified.
● Specify [S3] to be larger than [S2].
● When [S3] exceeds the upper limit of the system area, an operation error does not occur.
The area from [S2] to the upper limit of the system area is copied.
