tool software is specified.

To be set when executed while the Ethernet cable is disconnected. The detail code set in SD29 is
"10: Ethernet cable disconnected".
To be set when executed during the initialization of Ethernet. The detail code set in SD29 is "11:
Ethernet initialization active".
