Clears the counts for the user codes assigned by the key operator to restrict
the use of the machine. Press [Execute] to clear.

CTL
Sets up operation of the machine with a keycard.
[0 to 1/0/1]
0: Disabled. Cancels operation if no code is input.
1: Enabled. Allows operation if another code is input and decrements the
counter once for use of the entered code.
