Initialize Delivery Addr Book
Push [Execute] to delete all items (this does not include user codes) in the
delivery address book that is controlled by UCS.

Initialize LDAP Addr Book
Push [Execute] to delete all items (this does not include user codes) in the LDAP
address book that is controlled by UCS.

Initialize All Addr Book
Clears everything (including user codes) in the directory information managed
by UCS. However, the accounts and passwords of the system administrators are
not deleted.

Backup All Addr Book
Uploads all directory information to the SD card.

Restore All Addr Book
Downloads all directory information from the SD card.

Clear Backup Info.
Deletes the address book uploaded from the SD card in the slot. Deletes only
the files uploaded for that machine. This feature does not work if the card is
write-protected.
Note: After you do this SP, go out of the SP mode, turn the power off. Do not
remove the SD card until the Power LED stops flashing.
