Possible causes:
 Line caused by defective cleaning blade
 Band caused by bent cleaning blade
 Line caused by dirty corona wire
 Band caused by dirty OPC drum
 Line caused by scratched OPC drum

Possible causes:
 Line caused by scratched OPC drum
 Line caused by discharge at trailing edge of paper
 Band caused by development bias leakage
