X35 Monitor System Settings
4.19
3. No Comms - indicates no communication
between the X35 and the ECU(s) on the
seeder.
4. T
ank Empty (Sensor) - there is no product in
front of that tank's bin level sensor. The bin
level sensors are set so that there is a minimal
amount of product remaining in the tank after
this warning.
5. T
ank Low (Calculated) - the theoretical
weight of product remaining in the tank is low.
This value is based on the initial tank fill
entry, metering auger output, product density
and the set threshold. The threshold is set for
each tank individually.
a. Select the Bin/Tank button when the scroll
list appears and then select the tank you
would like to set the threshold for and
confirm.
b.
Select the Threshold button when the
numeric keypad appears, enter the
threshold value in a percentage and
confirm.
Note
For tanks that have dedicated scales assigned to
them, this alarm will monitor the actual measured
weight so the Tank Low alarm will state “Tank
Low (Measured)”. The threshold will still be a
percentage of the theoretical full value but will be
triggered when the measured scale weight goes
below the threshold.
6. Blocked Distribution Head - if equipped and
configured with blockage sensors they will
detect one or more blocked runs.
7. Shaft
Moving Tank OFF - signals that
a meter is still turning even though the
respective tank switch, the master, or both are
turned off.
8. No
Ground Speed - no ground speed is
detected.
9. Case
Drain - the fan motor case drain
pressure is too high, over 65 psi (448 kPa).

10. Ladder Down - not used
11. Section Switching Problem - this alarm is for
granular ASC only. It signals when a section
valve should be open, but it is partially or
completely closed.
12. Section
Turned Off - triggers when one or
more of the virtual section switches are turned
off while the master switch is on and tanks
are running. This alerts in case the operator
forgets to turn them back on or is unaware
they are off.
13. Gear
Ration - not used.
14. Stopped
Shaft - indicates that a metering
auger shaft has stopped while the tank switch
and master switch are still both on.
15. T
ank Active, No Rate - indicates that the
tank switch is ON but has no application rate
entered.
16. T
ank Off - indicates the tank is enabled, but
tank switch OFF and the master switch is ON.
17. High
Auxiliary RPM Speed - not used
18. Low
Auxiliary RPM Speed - not used
19. Pack
Master Off - indicates that the Pack
Master control is OFF and the master switch is
ON.
