X35 Monitor System Settings
4.20
20. Drill Raised, Master On - indicates that the
drill is UP and the master switch is ON.
21. Hydraulic
Pressure Low - indicates the Pack
Master pressure is lower than the minimum
hydraulic pressure setpoint.
a. Select the Minimum Hydraulic Pressure
button to enter the value you don’t want to
operate below.
22. Flow
Sensor Failure - the liquid/NH3 flow
sensor is not reading pulses when the master
switch and tank switch are on.
23. Pr
essure High - indicates that the liquid/NH3
pressure is higher than the high pressure
setpoint. This alarm is for liquid systems,
if there is an electric pressure sensor in the
product line. (Not currently supported)
24. Pr
essure Low - indicates that the liquid/NH3
pressure is lower than low pressure setpoint.
This alarm is for liquid systems, if there is
an electric pressure sensor in the product line.
(Not currently supported)
25. High
Pump Speed - indicates that the liquid/
NH3 pump speed is higher than the maximum
pump RPM setpoint. (Not currently supported)
26. Low
Pump Speed - indicates that the liquid/
NH3 pump speed is lower than the minimum
pump RPM setpoint. (Not currently supported)
27. No
Liquid Flow - triggered if there is no
liquid/NH3 flow detected by flow confirmation
sensor. (Not supported).
28. Granular
Pressure Low - indicates that the
tank air pressure is lower than the minimum
pressure set point. There could be an air leak
not allowing the tank to pressurize properly.
a. Select the Tank button then select the tank
you want to change the minimum pressure
setting for.
b. Select the Minimum Pressure button to
enter the appropriate setpoint.
i. This is defaulted to 0.3 psi (2.1 kPa).
29. Granular
Pressure High - indicates that the
tank air pressure is higher than the maximum
pressure set point. There could be an issue
with the distribution creating too much
pressure (possibly plugged).
a. Select the Tank button then select the tank
you want to change the maximum pressure
setting for.
b. Select the Maximum Pressure button to
enter the appropriate setpoint.
i.
This is defaulted to 3.0 psi (20.7 kPa).
Note
For Bourgault units there is an air pressure
sensor installed in the tanks that have dedicated
weigh scales allowing the air pressure to be
monitored.
The tank pressure will be affected by the product
rates and fan speeds. If these granular pressure
alarms are triggering falsely the set points should
be adjusted.
