3. Fitting
⇒ Clean the sealing surfaces on the cooler, receiver and frame.
⇒ Fasten support 94661−IL to the corresponding platform support.
⇒ Fit supports 94663a−IL and 94663b−IL to the left and right side of receiver
frame.
⇒ Mount the required tools on the cooler and bring the latter in fitting position but
in reverse sequence to the removal (Fig. ’H’ to ’D’), observing ’x

’ = 195 mm.
⇒ Fasten manual ratchet H

to support and connect it to RUD-eye bolts ’RC’.
⇒ Apply a high-temperature and non-hardening jointing compound to the seal-
ing surfaces.
⇒ Install the cooler analogously to the removal but in reverse sequence.
⇒ Carefully pull the cooler approx. ’x’ = 750 mm into the receiver by means of
manual ratchet H

keeping the cooler in horizontal position with spur-geared
chain block H

(Fig. ’C’).
⇒ Remove trolleys with spur-geared chain blocks, manual ratchets and tools;
after fitting the cooler, fasten stopper 13 to rail 12 in order not to lose them.
⇒ Reinstall all bottom plates.
⇒ Fasten cooler to receiver and fit frames 10 with a new O-ring 16 on ES.
⇒ Reinstall all pipings.
Circulate cooling water, vent the cooler and check it for tightness.
