format. The maximum length is 95 characters
Note: When information is transformed to
circuit ID, the result will be truncated
to 95 characters.

composed of the following special characters

%mac: client source MAC
%hname: host device name
%slotid: slot index of the logic port
%pid: PON port index
%oid: ONT index
%ocid: ONT card index
%upid: UNI port index
%nnisvlan: SVLAN ID on network-network

%snisvlan: SVLAN ID on service-network
interface
%snicvlan: CVLAN ID on service-network
interface
%sn: serial number of remote ONT
Note: For PON ports, the OLT uses the
