configure interface cable-upstream * cable rangebackoff
Purpose
Sets manual random backoff (ranging slots) before resending ranging requests after an upstream collision.
Default Access Level
15

configure interface cable-upstream <slot/ch[.0]> cable rangebackoff <0-16>-<0-16>

Parameters
<slot/ch[.0]>
The upstream slot/channel[.logical channel]. It will assume lc=0 if needed and not supplied.
<0-16>-<0-16>
The first <0-16> is the valid range for the start value
The second <0-16> is the valid range for the end value.
You must enter the start and end values separated by a dash. The start value must be less than or equal to the end value.
The default is set at 2-7.
