Allows you to add a comment or a description to help you remember what is attached to this interface.

Information
To remove the description, use the no option.
Parameters
<slot/ch[.0]>
The upstream slot/channel[.logical channel]. It will assume lc=0 if needed and not supplied.
<text>
Descriptive information, e.g., identifies area served. Text is limited to 64 characters.
