Purpose
Defines the percent of channel bandwidth allowed for emergency traffic to preempt normal traffic.

Information
To disable emergency-preemption, use the no option.

<percent>
The percentage allowed for emergency traffic to preempt normal traffic. Valid range is 0 to 90.
