Overview
The goal of an IP Video Architecture is to provide a means for delivering video services using Internet Protocol to the TV,
PC, and/or handheld devices of consumers through a broadband access network.
The Quality of Service (QoS) functions ensure that the subscriber receives a suitable level of service and that video content
is delivered in a reliable manner. IP Video provides the capability for searching available video content using a fast and
easy approach, as well as providing the ability to utilize various modes including pause, rewind, and fast-forward.
