Purpose
Toreview,enableordisableportflowcontrol.Flowcontrolisusedtomanagethetransmission
betweentwodevicesasspecifiedbyIEEE 802.3xtopreventreceivingportsfrombeing
overwhelmedbyframesfromtransmittingdevices.
