Command Syntax
:FUNCtion<m>:TRENd:MEASurement <type>
<m> ::= 1 to (# math functions) in NR1 format
<type> ::= {VAVerage | ACRMs | VRATio | PERiod | FREQuency | PWIDth
| NWIDth | DUTYcycle | RISetime | FALLtime}
The :FUNCtion<m>:TRENd:MEASurement command selects the measurement
whose trend is shown in the math waveform.
Query Syntax
:FUNCtion<m>:TRENd:MEASurement?
The :FUNCtion<m>:TRENd:MEASurement query returns the selected
measurement.
