Operand [S3] setting (UPDOWN operation for a device)
● Specify the starting address of the device area that stores the string data that indicates
source device settings, or a character constant.
● Downloaded data is stored immediately after uploaded data. The number of acquisitions (the
number of bytes) is stored in the first two words.
