CONNECTORS
P302 When the RS-232 front panel interface board (106755) is installed, a cable from the board
plugs into P302 of the display controller board. When the RS-232 front panel interface
board (106755) is not installed, programmable jumpers (P/N 98306) are used to jump pins
4 & 5 and 6 & 7 of P302.
JUMPERS
J302 Set at the factory according to the type of device installed for U314 and U315. Position A is
used for 27C256 devices, and Position B is used for 27C512 devices. Do not change the
setting of this jumper, unless U314 and U315 are being replaced with another device
type.
J303 Install Jumper in position A when front panel interface board (106755) is installed.
Install Jumper in position B when front panel interface board (106755) is not installed.
SWITCHES
SW302 RESET - Front-panel control; manually resets all latched LED indicators.
TEST TURRETS
TP301 Monitoring point for watchdog timer pulses.
TP302 Monitoring point for 8-MHz microcontroller clock.
TP303 Ground
TP304 Monitoring point for local 2-kHz or 1.667-kHz clock.
TP305 Monitoring point for RX DATA line.
TP306 Monitoring point for TX DATA line.
