a. Differential Characteristic for 9300 in 2- terminal mode
TT = The total nest error of signals from both remote stations. The nest error of a received CCD message is the time tag differ-
ence between the adjusted received time tag of the received CCD message and a perfect nest with the local station half-
cycle value. Received WCM messages are automatically assigned a 1 time tag error. Both received signals must nest within
the same half-cycle value at the local station for this calculation to be done.
