onthepowercablemustbegroundedin
thecablegland.

Thephysicalconnectionstothemotor
aremadeinsidetheterminalboxonthe
motor.Toavoidseriousdamagetothe
hoistingmotor,andtoensurethatthe
motoroperatesproperly,youmustverify
thattheelectricalconnectionsaremadein
accordancewiththesupplied3-phaseAC
voltage.Observethedifferencebetween
230V acand380/440Vacwiring!
