TheHoistingContactor(K301)andtheLoweringContactor(K302)arelocatedonthe
upperDINrailintheMotorControlUnit.Eachcontactoroperateson+24VDCsupplied
bytheinternalpowersupply.Whenactivated,HoistingContactor(K301)startsthe
motorinordertoretractthetransducer.TheLoweringContactor(K302)startsthemotor
tolowerthetransducer.
Prerequisites
Beforeyoucandothistask,the
followingprerequisitesmustbemet:
•TheST90isturnedoff.
•Thecircuitbreakerforthe3-phase
ACpowerisclosed.ACpower
isconnected.
•Thetransducerisinitsupper
positionwiththeUpperLimit
Switch(S304)activated.
Youmustbeequippedwitha
standardsetoftools.Thistoolset
mustcomprisethenormaltoolsfor
electronicandelectromechanical
tasks.Thisincludesdifferent
screwdrivertypes,pliers,spanners,
acablestripper,asolderingiron,
etc.Eachtoolmustbeprovidedin
varioussizes.Werecommendthat
alltoolsaredemagnetizedtoprotect
yourequipment.
Context
ThefollowingconditionsmustbesettoactivateHoistingContactor(K301):
•TheHoist/LowerSwitch(S302)mustbesettoHOISTorREMOTE.
•TheLoweringContactor(K302)mustbedeactivated.
•TheUpperLimitSwitch(S304)mustbedeactivatedwiththetransducerinlower
positionoronitswayup.
•TheHandCrankSwitch(S203)mustbeclosedwiththehandcrankinitsstorage
position.
ThefollowingconditionsmustbesettoactivateLoweringContactor(K302):
•TheHoist/LowerSwitch(S302)mustbesettoLOWERorREMOTE.
•TheHoistingContactor(K301)mustbedeactivated.
